And all the analysis led to this construction company. I was worried, I decided to come personally to the sales office in Alanya. I checked the entire stage of the transaction, went to the office. I am very satisfied with the service and competent specialists. The drawing stage is excellent, communication with the management and their control is excellent, I love the house itself, I already want to move in faster.The guys are well done, doing what they love, very decent. I once again flew to Turkey for a vacation and already clearly understood for myself that in parallel I would be searching for the apartments of my dreams in Alanya. Why here? Because Alanya for me is a green, neat, cozy, clean city. The administration monitors its condition, so palm trees, trees are planted everywhere, lawns and park areas are laid out. In this city there is definitely a place to walk, where to go and where to eat. When I was walking in the center of Alanya, I saw an office with a beautifully shining layout of the complex and I decided to take a closer look at it and realized for myself that it was there that my dream apartment would be. So I got acquainted with this wonderful company and bought an apartment, which I am looking forward to moving into.

My family and I came from Germany to Alanya in order to buy an apartment for the holidays. We were walking around the center and accidentally saw the office, decided to go in. The girls held a presentation and immediately what we noticed was the developed infrastructure. The complex will have swimming pools, a gym, parking, a spa area, 2 restaurants, a bar, a barbecue area, a tennis court, a PlayStation and even a cinema! But most of all I liked that there will be a children's room with animators, you can leave the children in the room or order an animator right home, which is very important for us! Another bonus is that there will be a transfer to the sea and to the center. A few days later we signed a contract and became the happy owners of the apartment. We are looking forward to the completion of construction and we will be able to come to Alanya already in our apartment.
